1. License and Copyright: For the "Standart" tier, all copyright remains with GocAI. For the "Plus" and "Pro" tiers, full copyright of the purchased AI instance is transferred to the buyer upon complete payment.
2. Usage Restrictions: You agree not to use the AI models generated by GocAI for any illegal, harmful, or malicious activities. You are solely responsible for the outputs generated by your custom AI.
3. Purchases and Refunds: All purchases initiated via email contact are final. Due to the digital nature of the AI models, we do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered.
4. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of GocAI services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
